It's nestled in a beautiful building with nice and ideal location close to main tourist areas.

The bathrooms are way too small.

We had the classic twin room which was warm and new-fashioned with a window overlooking the hills. Central heating, a work desk, and a multi-channel TV were useful...

The staff was incredible and the location amazing. It was a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the square but is only a short walk to reach it.

    great breakfast

We had an amazing group trip exploring the picturesque San Blas neighborhood with its charming streets and local artisans. Visiting the iconic Plaza de Armas and Koricancha was definitely a highlight. The cozy atmosphere and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, we started our days well!

Location: the hotel was very close to Plaza de Armas and Cusco's best museums. There were television with satellite channels, central heating, and a personal safe in the room, truly enjoyed that. In general the service was excellent...

would not hesitate to return there

The location was great, about a 10-15 min walk to the main square, very scenic. Rooms were spacious with a soft king bed, balcony, and a huge walk-in shower. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and baked goods. Super nice team, arranged taxis and carrying bags. Free WiFi worked well!

The beds were excellentand the personnel kind and amicable

Some guests took over the lobby nearby my room to chat loudy and drink wine. They also brought their small child who screamed form time to time. I complained to the reception and they removed the people promptly.

Plumbing issues, promptly handled by hotel. Dogs parking rather loudly at night for rooms that faced the street.

    Charming, Charming, Charming

The very nice colonial architecture instantly, as it beautifully combines history with modern comfort. I loved sipping my morning coffee on my room's lovely balcony, gazing at the vibrant streets below. The staff was the heart of the place, always ready with a smile, offering fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions and even arranging taxis for my adventures!

    do recommend 😊❤️

Terra Andina was centrally located and felt "homey". It is not a fancy hotel but is very nice. It was very clean. It felt like we were coming home once we returned from our trek.

    colonial architecture
    elegant rooms
    morning noise

The beautiful colonial architecture sets a charming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Each room features polished dark wood floors and super clean marble bathrooms.

The noise levels can be quite bothersome, especially early in the morning when they start breakfast prep at 3 AM. some rooms open directly onto the dining area, causing disturbances that make it tricky to catch extra sleep after long days of exploring. The blinds in these rooms don't block out the bright sunlight from above, further complicating any chance of a restful night. It can feel cramped as some rooms may not meet the spacious standards expected.
